MP4 Video only has sound, no picture??

I've just sync my iphone with iTunes after adding an MP4 video into iTunes. This MP4 plays fine in iTunes but when sync'd with my iPhone it only plays the sound, I don't get any picture.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I have used www.winavi.com MP4 converter and converted the MP4 into Ipod MP4 and now I get the picture but no sound.

please help..
