.m4r questions... joining multiple m4r's

Hi have got an .m4r audio file that I really like but it is very short and I want to make it longer by joining the same file about 4 or 5 times to create one bigger / longer version of the ringtone.

Does anyone know how I can do this? I am using a Windows Vista machine.

i would think any music editing software. im not to familer with any seeing i dont record music but i kno theres is iv used a few when i was in school. but if its a ringtone it repeats anyways
