Default iPhone file browser and text editor?

Is there an application for iPhone that will allow me to browse the file system and open/edit simple text files?

If so what is it called and is it in the installer app?

    Thanks
    Mark

Also, MobileTextEdit is an accessory program for MobileFinder to edit text files:

Warning: TextEdit always saves the file whether changed or not, so do not use it on binary files.
