Iphone show balance takes money from my account??

Something wierd is happening.

I brought a new Iphone from Carphone Warehouse, hacked using Iliberty 1.30 Windows and everything is perfect. However, the big problem is every couple of minutes I get my balance and it takes 10p every time it tells me this. Whats happening???

What account and what is '10p'? How are you getting this 'balance'?

u know what mate, I had the exact same problem with the carphone warehouse iphone. It took off 10p every few minutes..but with me after like 60p it stopped and now has never happend again in the last weeks...no idea what caused it, maybe edge? Are you on o2 payg or contract?

I'm on PAYG o2 sim card, had a previous Iphone unlocked with Ziphone which this never has occurred. Wierd!

Hey man,
im in new zealand and i had the same problem and it appears to be using gprs sometimes even when i am in my home or office wifi area.

I just used boss prefs to turn off EDGE and all was well

For us Yanks... 10p, would be 10 pence or the equivalent of about 20 US cents.

There's a whole world out there folks, read up.
