Fixing Safari

Using an unlocked 1.1.3 iphone, with Edge turned off using BossPrefs, When i visit any site using safari it shows the low bandwidth version always and iam afraid that my Edge network is still working. Also when i visit youtube it always show the warning that i might be get a big bill for using it.

What carrier are you on? Try toggling Roaming mode on/off. If that doesn't help, restore the phone and see if that fixes anything.

Turning Roamin data Off did not help me at all! The EDGE kept draining my Pre Paid money. I had to go to my phone provider to disable it!

I recommend you to go to you phone store to disable it. Mine was Vodafone.

And hereafter, I did not lose any more money.

Hey dudes,why just dont change the Edge settings from correct to wrong and it wont work,but my provider (Swisscom) gives me 100MB for free,each month....

I didn't change it, I removed it! Cause is so expensive . Is like AUD$2.50 for each MB!
