yes, you will have to use your computer and do what jbee said.
dock your phone and let it sync. once sync'ed you will have to click on start then click on "my computer". after that, you will see an icon for your phone. double click on that and you should be able to go from there. i would go into further detail but i am at work and dont have my docking station in front of me to give you further steps.
hope this helps you.

you needa use iphonebrowser or something in that line. the iphone is not supposed to be saving photos to that section, so it doesnt give you direct access to jus delete stuff from it. so if you've been using the app "wallpaper" and saving all of them to that folder, big mistake but not undoable, but you need iphonebrowser(pc) and jus go thru n delete all the unwanted ones.
i usually save wallpapers to cameraroll for this reason1.1.1>1.1.2>1.1.4>2.0>2.1>2.2>3.1>3.1.2 blackra1n'd
waitin on my white iphone 4

OK...Open the wallpaper App. Select A picture to ADD. Select View Gallery. Select a Picture you want to Add. You see the pic....now tap the screen...At this point you can add or remove from gallery, use as a wallpaper or add comments etc.
