Caveat (that means, "warning"): Don't take your phone into the bathroom when you shower, the condensation will cause the "water sensor" to turn colors.
If they flagged your phone you are SOL.

No I'm pretty sure she didnt because all she did was look at the phone with a magnifying glass and hand it right back. SHe didn't ype anything ino the computer. She didnt look at any serial or imei or anything. And when I set up the apointment I used a fake name. So I'm pretty sure I'm not. flagged.I just need an alternative.
What will this do? WIll it make it white again?
Also, Is there something else I can say is wrong with my phone, that wont require them looking into the water sensor?

i read somewhere that u just use a coton bud or something and put a bit of alcohol on the end and the alcohol dries the water up . dont know if works .
here it isi live in the uk and dont kown what a q-tip is can someone tell me?ipod touch fans
Take a Q-tip with a dab of alcohol and place it into your 3.5mm headphone jack. This will absorb the water and then Apple cannot prove it was caused by a flood.Last edited by themartini; 04-27-2008 at 05:47 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Ahhh sneaky little Apple...... I looked and mine is pink also and I know for a fact it has never been anywhere near water internally. I have used mine to play music while in the shower, but the phone was near the door and not near the shower. Looks like even a rainy day can cause this to change color since it is humidity based.
