Phone Screen Dead Pixel or explain?

I need help I bought this iPhone but it has a problem the screen looks like it has dead pixels or something and shadowing is there anyway to fix this?or explain what it is and what i have to do

Looks like the screen is f$*&ed up. Take it to Apple, its still under warranty.....unless you unlocked it.
