How do I remove all the sources and get it back to 'factory" standers?

if you are refering to the sources in installer then u can delete them as you please with the edit button.
you mentioned factory standards so maybe u mean stock phone. plug it into iTunes and hit restore and you shall be fine if jailbroken

Sorry I said it wrong... As if you jailbroke it for the first time.

just restore it in itunes and you are good to go until u jailbreak it again.
