need some help with edge and wifi

So just recently I havent been able to get onto edge when i have full service, and also i cant get wifi anywhere. I dont know if other people are having this problem or not ive reset my settings and everything i can think of but i dont like paying this much for a phone that isnt going to do what i need it to do. Any help would be helpful. It also shows i have full conection with WiFi.
