Going through Cyberduck (or AFP'd) you can only get the pictures on the camera roll.
Are you trying to get the pictures that you have previously sync'd to the iPhone or ones that you took using the iPhone?

i'm going through the same thing... all the posts here about photo locations lead back to the camera roll or some old location for the photo library that no longer exists or has the photos... i'm thinking about starting a new thread ...

maybe so, maybe that's why no one can come up with a location. but i have noticed in some older threads there are locations listed but some of 'em don't exist anymore and the others are empty folders.
i wouldn't care so much but i synced about 300 photos that my friends and I took in S Africa and they're kind of irreplaceable. i could screencaps but those will be small and it'll take forever.I’m Luke Skywalker, I’m here to rescue you.

pictures
Your computer has the pictures on them believe it or not. Go to your computer click on pictures and start clicking on different icons you'll be surprised what you will find! Sometimes the folder will have three or 400 pictures on it! That's about the easiest way I can say and I'm not computer literate myself thanks Bob

use a file browser (free software)
navigate to var/mobile/Media/PhotoData/Sync/
I had to figure it out myself, iPhone internet knowledge base is terrible, can't ever find anything useful.
Im tired of the iPhone with all its limitations and nonsense, I have decided to sell it and going for Samsung Galaxy.
iPhone is an overrated piece of turd.
