    Default PUK Locked Issues

    How I can get rid of it? mine is 1.1.4 and I tired to restore and used 1111 and wont work... It ask for PUK and mine is unlocked to Tmobile in USA

    I could be wrong but PUK is usually associated with the Sim lock, NOT the iPhone lock. Call T Mobile and tell them you haved PUK'd your phone and they can provide it to you. To test this out, try a friend's sim in the iPhone (if it's unlocked of course) and it should work perfectly.

    Yep I stupidly did this.. .On the top of the phone you should see SIM LOCKED. Then you need to phone your operator and own up you've made a silly error and put in the wrong password.. They will give you the unlock code and all will be fine.. or just put a different SIM in the phone and it should work. As it was said it's the sim locked not the phone.
