Just "reset" your Iphone and it will erase all content and data.

I didn't mean delete them all, just a couple of photos or songs.

On your computer, delete them or move them from the folder you have synced.
That is the only way I know.
(Though you can delete camera roll pictures and videos.)

Thanks, dash. I hope Apple adds a way to do it on the iPhone, then make the sync configurable to one-way or two-way.
