Block a Number

Hey guys quick question, Some stupid **** keeps on calling my number and being a pain is there anyway to block his number through the iphone itself or is there any 3rd party app i can download from the installer that would do it?

does that app block texts from coming in from strange numbers or just calls? i keep getting harassing texts from a number in ohio which is random and they wont leave me alone. i hope this would solve my problem.
