iPhone bluetooth voice gateway on PC?

Hey All,

I have a Car PC and I am trying to get my phone to connect to my car pc so I can place and receive phone calls and potentially tether is as an internet connection. I want to accomplish this over a bluetooth connection. Any ideas? Thanks!
