No sound what so ever... PLEASE HELP !!

I got my iphone yesterday (firmware 1.1.3)

At first the sound just worked fine. Later last night all the sounds were gone.

Even after rebooting with holding down the shut down and home button, it did not help.
If i reset it through "setting" , will i loose everything? (videos, songs jailbreak?)

Than an other thing....
Non of my videos play!! Not a single one. No youtube, no mp4 movies.

Please please can someone help??
I am going to norway tomorrow and i want to watch and listen during the trip!!

Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings

You won't lose any files, just settings, which take a few minutes to set back

have tried doing this, but my phone still has no sounds and freezes all the time still..
