ok, i am going to buy an unlocked iphone but, since its unlocked it should be already jailbroken right?

yes. it needs to be jailbroken in order to be unlocked, but it doesn't mean installer will be on there, if that's what you're looking for

yes, that i what i need to know. the seller sent me a pic of it and i didnt see installer. But how do i get installer?

you can always install it manually although i can't help you with that as i've never been able to do so successfully. i've always relied on one of the jailbreak methods to put it on there for me.

or you can try jailbreaking yourself with one of the methods, i like iPlus or Pwnage. if you're living in the states, i recommend buying one either from apple or at&t and jailbreak it yourself. it is not worth the extra money

ok, but if i do get it unlcoked can i still get customize for it or do you have to have installer?

yes installer is helpful as it sets all the permissions necessary for you but you can definitely customize your phone without it
