Default Can't connect to Wifi after replace the iPad2 screen
    Hi there,

I need your help. Is there any way that we can fix the wifi problem. My iPad2 screen was cracked and I replace it and everything looks normal, except it can't pick up regular wifi signal, only the one with very strong and fast wifi. Is it because the IOS ( I just upgraded from 4.3.3 to 6.1.3 because I forgot my passcode) or because the Wifi chip that was damaged while the tiny broken glasses were removed from the chip? Should I change the new wifi chip or re-install the new IOS. Your help and suggest are very appreciate.

Most likely is a grounding issue. To confirm it, if you are able to pick up wifi putting the ipad a few inches from the router. This is a well-known problem with the iPhone when the tiny grounding clip fell off while taking the WiFi antenna apart.
