iPad 3 Respring Loop
iPad 3 iOS 5.1.1 JB with redsn0w.
Whenever I restoring after installing or uninstalling ANY package my iPad is stuck in a restoring loop. This does not happen when respringing any other way.
More interesting: after I force reboot out of the loop when it boots everything is in iPhone dimensions the graphics are messed up and the dock is gone. I have to respring again to make things normal.

That's certainly a unique issue... Try doing a DFU restore or restoring to a custom IPSW and see if you have any luck.
And can you put that video here btw?
