Upgrading to 5.0
I am an user of iPad 2. Purchased it with an unjailbreakable version 4.3.5 . Can I upgrade it to 5.0 even though apple isn't signing it anymore. Can I upgrade by downloading a 5.0 firmware file for iPad 2 from a third party site.
Coz the chances for a 5.0 jailbreak seem to be more bright than 4.3.5

No. You would be forced to go to 5.0.1. Which is fine given that you are on 4.3.5 now.
