Question Sharing iPad 3G sim with laptop
    G'day,

My internet dongle for my laptop takes a standard sim.
    The iPad takes a micro-sim.

Since I dont use both at once and want to keep costs down I want to share a sim card between the two.

    What are my options?
Is there an adapter for my dongle to take a micro-sim?

    Any help appreciated.

There absolutely is an adapter to make a MicroSIM into a standard SIM. A MicroSIM is actually just a cut down SIM card anyway. To get it to work may be a bit difficult though. The easiest way I know of is purchasing MyWi via Cydia, it allows one to tether their 3G to any Bluetooth (needs to have PAN ability), Wifi or USB (Mac or PC) device. Works pretty good for me.
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix
