Ipad2 using Remoter VNC will not connect to XP computer

I have installed Tight VNC on my XP desktop and Remoter VNC on my Ipad2. Fails to connect. Message on Ipad says "Host Refused Connection...............".

It sounds like a firewall issue make sure your firewall on your XP machine is allowing connections through the port you chose. The default VNC port is 5900 I believe.

Oh and also make sure you're information for connecting to your XP machine is right on your iPad, I can't tell you how many times I mistype an IP address or password
