There's no app that does this yet but later this year 4.0 is coming to iPad w/ native printing that may support USB. In all honesty I doubt it ever will but that would be the time if it does.
If you have a computer I just upload my docs to google docs and print from my pc.

No but the iOS4 update allows wireless printing through printer sharing on Mac and such

then buy a new printer because it's not happening otherwise.

You can probably set up something with printer sharing in windows, I'm assuming that you're using xp?

have you a computer? -I have a USB printer (will get a WIFI one when this one bites the dust) and print my docs and email through the PrintCentral app. Goes great and can also print when out via 3G in the same app.

Buy a wireless print server Not linksys tho its a pain in the ARSE to set up...Cant really recommend a good one google could tho! As long as you have a wifi network a print server will work perfect for you..But you can get a wireless printer for under a $100 Bucks just about anywhere.

Just google something like "share printer over network xp" or something along those lines.
If it's broadcasted like a wireless printer then you should be able to find it with your iPad.
