iPad 3G wont browse Internet! Please help.

Out of no where last night my ipad 3G just kept disconnecting from my 3G connection. Than what i did was i turned data on and off and tried rebooting the device nothing helped. So i just left it as is and in about an hour it connected to the network and started working. Now today after 7pm i am having a similar problem. But this time the ipad is connected to the network (Bell). But when i goto safari and try to browse the web. Nothing happens ... It shows full bars and the 3G icon and when i enter let's say Apple, iPhone & iPad News | ModMyi.com u see the little circle spinning next to the 3G icon and safari just highlights the website name 1/4th like its trying to load the website butt happens ..... I have tried resetting network settings but nothing has helped. The odd thing is that this happened yesterday after 7pm and today again after 7pm i am having trouble again. Can anyone please help? Thanks

Did you try to reset network settings?

Does Mail work? If so, then try loading another browser app from the app store. Just to see if it's safari or not. Other than that genius bar sounds good.
