Missing iPad Apps

Has nobody noticed that the Weather, Stocks, Clock, and Calculator apps are gone from the iPad's home screen? I don't ever use Stocks, but I use Weather, Clock, and Calculator maybe every other day. It's interesting how nobody has written about these glaring omissions in the default applications.

Why should we have ANY default ones, Id like to be able to choose what I want.

I thought he said that all of the 140,000 apps were able to be used on the iPad. Of course we won't be able to use the camera app. But can we edit imported photos?
