It would be stupid to release an untethered Jailbreak or any Jailbreak for the iPad before iPhone 4G. Why give Apple the heads up? Even if there was a way to JB the 3GS/IPT3 without Tethering (New bootrom of course) I wouldn't want it to be released. This HAS to make sense to everyone.

With Shrink you could fit 50 X 50 on the home screen.

I'm only mildly interested in the iPad right now. I'll be more excited when the device gets a stable jailbreak tool. The customization possibilities are great with a screen that large. Gimme iBlank, Springjumps and Categories and i'll be as happy as can be. The vanilla interface is so unattractive, in my opinion.

I agree... the basic theme for the itablet looks extremely boring, although the tablets capabilities are sweet with more power under the hood. I'm just envisioning a themed out itablet with weather and calendar widgets, springjumps and animated wallpapers and sorts. It's really gonna make a statement when your sporting a tricked out itablet in public.

i wish it had osx, it would have been the only osx hardware i would have bought. but some one would have to do some hackintosh to get osx to run a chip thats not already written into the os. when and iff that happens im getting one, a hand held touch screen osx, ooman that sounds sweet and sexy

Not only a special chip but a complete software integration for an on screen touch keyboard.... It's not gonna happen people.
