After searching for a listing of other.artwork files, I could only find a few old threads pertaining only to 1.1.1 files, so I've spent the last week figuring them out myself using Artworker 1.1.4. So after being able to successfully create an entirely new color scheme for my iphone, I thought I would share what I have learned about which png files correspond to which images. I hope this list (not totally complete) and the descriptions can be a great help. Here is what I have been able to determine:

4 - top half of search bar in Safari & Maps
97 - bottom half of search bar in Safari & Maps
14-96 - Spinning timer animation thing-y (I wouldn't bother with this)
99 - "Cancel" button
105 - Background of pop-up menu when you press the trash can in mail, and when you press "add an alarm" in the Clock app
119 - Bottom bar in iPod
121 - Bottom bar in Mail & Maps
122 - Bottom bar in Safari when in landscape mode
124-154 - Trash can animation (I wouldn't bother with this either)
171 - Top bar in Lock Screen where time & date are displayed
180 & 181 the video resize button in ipod, You Tube
184 - Back arrow in top menu bar (left side)
185 - Back arrow in top menu bar when pressed (left side)
186 - Top bar of most programs
187 - Back arrow in top menu bar (right side)
188 - Back arrow in top menu bar when pressed (right side)
189 - Search bar in "add world clock", "bookmarks", "Recents", "Contacts"
190 - "Done" button in Mail, Weather, Stocks, etc.
191 - "Done" button when pressed
196 - "Add a photo" box in contacts
250 - Progress bar in ipod (left end cap)
251 - Progress bar in ipod (right corner)
252 - Progress bar in ipod (fill-in color)
271 - Alphabet dividing bar (top bar) in contacts, ipod
272 - Alphabet dividing bar (all others) in contacts, ipod
281 - Bar fill-in color for F/C selection bar in Weather app (as well as Stocks)
282 - Left side of F/C selection bar (& Stocks)
283 - Right side of F/C selection bar (& Stocks)
285 - the left-center bar of F/C selection bar (& Stocks)
286 - the right-center bar of F/C selection bar (& Stocks)
289 - Left side of IP address & HTTP Proxy selection bar under "Settings/Wi-Fi/Network/VPN"
290 - The right side of IP & HTTP selection bar
292 - the right-center bar of IP & HTTP selection bar
293 - the left-center bar of IP & HTTP selection bar
307 - left end of slider bar in Settings (i.e. Brightness adjustment, etc.)
308 - fill in color of slider bar in Settings
325 - the "on" button in Settings (left side)
326 - airplane mode on/off button color (left side)
327 - the "on" button in Settings (color fill-in)
328 - airplane mode on/off button color (color fill-in)
335 - blue dot w/ white arrow ">" found in "phone>favorites"
338 - Highlights selection (i.e. when choosing a song, or a contact, etc)

As I said, this obviously isn't a complete list of all the file directories, but they are the majority of the more common files that people may want to customize. Please feel free to add to or make any corrections to this list.

So do most of these png files reside in one huge folder? I'd like to know what directory(s) these are in if you could fill me in please. I take it the bold number is the file number?

the other.artwork file is located in:
/System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework

You need to unpack them with Artworker 1.1.4 to be able to change the PNG files via Photoshop (or whatever program you use). You can get it here: www.modmyi.com/forums/ showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=82411

196 isnt add a photo .. its the four blank boxs when you are putting in your passcode to unlock device heh .

Yes 196 is 4 boxes in Unlock Screen PassCode and 197 is for the Passcode Create/Change in Settings.
