Recently jailbroke and now have all the great apps and have customized all my icons but would like to move couple from page three off the springboard to page one and visa-versa

I don't think there is a way yet, but rSBT for 1.1.1 should be released soon.

Currently, only way to do it is to manually edit the .plist file. If you do a search, you can find what that exactly entails....

yes you need to do it the old school way edit the plist

if you dl customize from installer it has rsbt in it and you can rearange the icons

i am on 1.1.1 and the new customize rsbt does not rearrange my second page for me
