If you don't feel like SSHing, you can use MobileTerminal from Cydia.

Run Terminal.
type "su" enter
type "alpine" enter
type "cd /System/Library/PrivateFramework/Celestial.framework/" enter
type "chmod 0777 RegionalVolumeLimits.plist" enter

still it has some thing! when the screen goes pra dial the volume lowers .

I want to increase dial tone .
