repair the "no ring" problem

Hey, do you think that, with iBooter, there could be a way of making my iPhone ring at incoming call. Right now it only sends call to VM. (no the silent switch is not activated) It rings alright if the screen is not black (not locked) but once locked, incoming calls do not "wake" it up. It is an issue with some iPhones but I can't return it to Apple.

I do not think iBooter will help you with this. I would backup your files and do an DFU Restore as mbrooksr said.

DFU restore has been tried already. Twice. 1.1.3 & 1.1.4.
For 3 weeks now, I've been watching the web intensively, in hope of finding a solution. :-)
I thought iBooter would permit a script or code to help out.

I found a solution ! Not perfect but works fine.
I installed a litte app called Insomnia. When activated it allows your programs to run while the iPhone is sleeping, ie. locked. So now my iphone rings.
I guess it is going to reduce battery span, but no more missed calls!
updt: well battery life hasn't change much after all!
