Is the Font Look and sizing that I'm seeing in early mods - that mimic Yahoo's own weather app -- all changeable? Like the giant temperature. ?? That's all changeable - right? This tweak is only an information delivery system. Right?
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

If you downloaded the base lockscreen you can answer your own question
It's still all html/css/js. Styling is the same as any other widget.
The only difference in using widgets for this tweak is how we get the data from the xml file in the js.

Thought so. Just sent me for a loop when I saw the exact same window panes and styling from Yahoo's weather app.. That's a gorgeous app, by the way - but sure don't want to cop its look on my SB.. Thanks for clarification..

I haven't had much time to work on it, but here is the background for an iWidget that will incorporate WidgetWeather. I think I'll call it

Doin' it now!! My question arose out of watching Dacal's YouTube video of a tweak that looked identical to Yahoo's Weather app.

The YouTube video was of a lockscreen he did which uses the tweak, not the tweak itself. Was that not obvious?

Of course. I know it was a Lockscreen. But the exact same scrolling hourly weather window from Yahoo's app and the spinning wind field and large temp... Dacal's awesomely talented with artwork.. so when I saw him virtually copping, graphic for graphic, the graphics from the Yahoo app - I thought we might be locked into the way Yahoo graphically represents certain things. I'm glad I was wrong. But it was an honest question.

Grant these 3 iWidgets are all running on Widget Weather.

Same as any other widgets, you can style any way you want.
Use or remove any info you want (*things like sunrise/set need to be left in even if not showing the info as they are also tied to the weather icons to ensure proper reporting of day/night) (yahoo messes up some cities, like mine, where if example it's partly cloudy, yahoo gives me the night icon at about 3pm, this corrects it to show partly cloudy day. In essence we are overriding what yahoo says if they are wrong)

Stuff like that is noted in the main.js of the base lockscreen that we posted.

Soon. We were planning a release this weekend but ran into an issue with an incorrect/invalid return on some info that tweak "didn't like" and caused a crash. Limited to a few testers only but something we need to fix before release regardless.
The dev will have it corrected but is presently away for a few days so we have a little delay until there is time to fix it.

Thorough in testing on the widget side of things.
The tweak itself is all the work of the dev. We only suggested the tweak and then offered input for ways we wanted to see it work and options for it as well as bugs we ran into along the way. All implemented/fixed by the dev. That's the real hard work behind this

Creating widgets to work with it was easy once Dacal laid the groundwork for getting the xml data through the javascript.

How can I make an element not show? Just deleting it in style.css causes it to show elsewhere in black instead of white. Any help is appreciated, sorry if this is a noob question, I'm more of an editor than a creator.

That just shows you how good Dacal and Durben are. They are able to make something just as gorgeous and functional as Yahoo who I am sure have a whole team of devs and artists that create their stuff.

YES!! Now that you mention it, that's exactly what it means!

Thanks again, D! You have assuaged my concerns - As usual. :-) And I certainly understand about "one more bug to fix". It's a reality of software development. We are very grateful to this dev and to you and King and the rest of your team!

D, one last question. Is the information gathering from the XML data of the new tweak all done in a single file like a location.JS was for the Yahoo json call stuff?
