I am having trouble getting the XML file to appear. I tried the recommended steps of removing ******* and ios6 weather fix. I have rebooted with no like. Any advice yet?

Again, I am sorry to ask, the bickering just to bicker is crazy.
Haha yes the bickering get's quite incessant. Fiddle with the Widget Weather settings to force an update and check you don't have any conflicts - I think Forecast was one of them.

Doubt this is the problem but double check write permissions to your documents directory

You are likely not going to be able to use the tweak.
Most with app sync and weather app fix haven't been able to use the tweak even after removing them.

Unfortunately there's no suggestion we have for you.
You can full reboot after removing them and then install the tweak. If you don't get an xml file you can try again but there's not much else you can do.

Thanks so much for the quick answers. Looks awesome! Great work guys. I am jealous.

Is iLex Rat an option for me? If so, do you know what choice to select in mobile terminal? Do I have to do a full restore?

    Thanks again guys!

In the most recent version of that tweak there's an icon on Springboard that has the options right in it.
    You would choose iLex Restore.

Make sure you back up themes, SBS themes, ect as they will be removed.
All Cydia tweaks and packages removed, settings and content will go back to stock but you have activation and your Jailbreak still.

If you restore from backup after you can likely have content left over from before running that might conflict still.

Big process to do this. Make sure you are ready for it.

Hi guys, amazing tweak, loving how accurate it is.

One quick question on RKO1195's mod I only get my city name (Melbourne, Australia) and would like the neighborhood to display instead. I have tried the extra Weather details "Neighbourhood location" switch but that doesn't help either.

Using Dacal's Yahoo mod or any others my location is my neighborhood but not RKO1195's. Can I change something in the .js or .css files?

    Thanks for your help

Can you post your XML file? I need to see a couple of fields.. And tell me what the name of your neighborhood is.

    Here's a line that worries me;
    obj.extralocation = $(this).find('extralocation').text();

There isn't a field in the XML called "extralocation".. You have fields that look like - extraLoc.........

    Post your XML here.
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

Now you are gonna confuse people again! this is in regards to the switch in the settings. "1" just means the switch in the settings is on.

    <settings> <interval>15</interval>
    <timehour>12h</timehour>
    <tempunit>c</tempunit>
    <extralog>1</extralog>
    <autogpsupdate>semi</autogpsupdate>
    <manualwoied></manualwoied>
    <extraweather>1</extraweather>
    <extralocation>1</extralocation>
    <service>YES</service>
    </settings></xml>

It's happened to me quite a lot, even though the extra switches are on the app doesn't get the extra info, I'm not sure how to fix it but I usually have to toggle the switches off and back on + sometimes go to Manual mode, open the weather app to update the xml, re-spring etc.. basically just play with the settings till the xml shows the extra info.

I am wondering if there is any news on the update, is Stephen aware of all our issues guys?

    Thanks.

Without seeing the code and not being involved with this I am not completely sure why this switch is here, I believe it has to be on to get extra info like humidity neighborhood etc... but why it was decided to add a switch for this info's I don't know, why not take these switches out and just get all the info all the time? Users/modders can easily hide stuff via css/config files.

It's possible these switches are causing problems somewhere.

Don't get me wrong, it's a fabulous tweak but sometimes I feel it's a bit over thought (extra details switch + modes switch). Simplicity is the key for me for this app.

Very glad you're experiencing what I am. I don't like to complain. But to be so close to it being a masterpiece and still to have these issues. I'm pretty sure King & Durben are giving a steady stream of data to Stephen. It's just that Stephen has so little time for this per what I hear. That's why it took months to release. I'm hoping for reliability and consistency soon.

Ok, I understand this, and although I have used it a few times myself, the "no time" excuse is just that... an excuse, the last month I have been working up to 15hrs a day 6 days a week, so I say I have no time, but somehow we do find the time if we really want to do something.

Is it possible to get the raw Xcode files so we can look ourselves? Maybe we can help Stephen out a little more.
Patients has never been a strong point with me LOL... Sorry guys, I don't mean to sound harsh, but hurry up LOL...
