Thanks for the confirmation that Matchstics BatteryStats translations work through the new dylib

MatchStic didn't do the RAMStats translations through the dylib because the results of the RAMStats are just numbers.
For the RAMStats versions, translations can be easily changed in the JavaScript.

Did you uninstall the old BatteryStats version in Cydia before installing the new version?

Can you check to make sure that you have a new BattStats.txt in the var/mobile/Library/Stats folder please?

Did you install both the Battery and RAM Deb files ?
If you missing one or the other tweaks the RAM and Battery displays won't show up in combined widget Mod versions like with Stephs new Lockscreen

Thanks for confirming that step Makes it easier to help troubleshoot

    Are you using a iPhone 4 ?

If you are, rename the LockBackground ip4.html to LockBackground.html.

The current LockBackground.html is the iPhone5 version, running that version on a iPhone 4 will cause the bottom to be cut off resulting in you not being able to see the RAM and Battery Displays

I will uninstall the old version and install the new. By cons by doing the update, I do not have the directory

I installed the new version and delete the old one. Always in English and not the directory

Thanks, after you reinstall, you should have a new BattStats.txt file in the var/mobile/Library/Stats folder. That's where the new translated text info will be. If the folder is not there then something went wrong with the install. Try uninstalling and reinstall the version from Matchstics latest post. Make sure to reboot after you install to correctly activate the new Battery.dylib and create the new file location

We gotta get this step done before we can continue, without the new BattStats.tx file in the var/mobile/Library/Stats folder all your results will still be in English.

Heres another link to the new BatteryStats deb file: http://goo.gl/Z2ccz

After you reinstall and reboot, open Cydia, go to your installed packages and make sure BattStats is version 1.3 please

Try this, edit the Lockbackground.html and adjust the top value here to around 350 to see if it raises it up into your screen display on your lockscreen:

Just a had closer look at your screenshot, edit the z-index to 1000 on that same line, I think I see a glimps of a "g" at the far right near the bottom.

Might just be a possible layering issue displaying on your device, hopefully the z-index edit will bring it to the front.

    Hope this helps.
