Can I expect an app to control profiles on my phone? I really need this functionality.

One by one I've seen them all abandoned.

I used to keep ringer off and used aloud to let me know about calendar events and SMS but Now I can't get it to work over Bluetooth so I m wandering around un-alerted or getting stink eye from the boss if I forget to kill the ringer
