Duplicate/Clone game on iPhone 3GS 5.0.1

I've been searching for a few days on how to do this and have found a few different ways so far, but most of them require the install program and the rest dont seem to work. I can get the game duped onto the homescreen but it immediately crashes as soon as I try to open it. I've changed info.plist with WINSCP and iFile but seems like it needs to be able to be downloaded like the install program used to. I'm nowhere near a whiz at this and have searched feverously but have had no luck. If anyone can succesfully duplicate 9 Innings Pro 2013 and get it to actually work let me know. I have multiple accounts on the game and would just like to be able to not have to login/logout to switch between account. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

try this:

1. Create a folder called Payload
2. Place the .app folder inside of that
3. Zip up the Payload folder using normal compression
4. Then rename the file with a .ipa extension

install via itools or itunes

Your favorite Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Jailbreak, and Cydia site.
