TL;DR: How to turn on veency and set password via SSH with filezilla (if needed winscp or other)

Anyway. So recent my screen touch sensor stopped working ( I replaced it a year ago) but this isn't really a problem since its my old 2g iPod. Although I would like to finish up some things with it before I let it die.
My router got changed so it has no internet- but I can USB tunnel with ifunbox.
I managed to turn ssh on by letting the device die and rebooting it.
I have Veency installed but no password is set and it is not turned on.
Does anybody know how to turn on veency and change the password using SSH?

Other information: Device is a 2g mc model ipod touch running 4.2.1, using real vnc and filezilla programs on computer and the previously mentioned ifunbox.

    Thanks for any help

I'm sure that if you can turn it on with sbsettings that you can turn in on somehow through SSH
