Default New icons, what are they and how do I deal with them?
I have an iPhone 4, new update (ios5.1.1) and jailbreak (racoon) everything works fine but I found these icons that are blank:

    Field test
    iOS diagnostic
    setup
    ad sheet

    What are they?
    Can I hide them?
Are they active?meaning if I press one will it screw up the phone if I don't press the right button?

Phone has been resprung countless times, turned off and a few cydia apps removed.

Going to take a guess here, you restored from a back up in iTunes?

In order to correct the issue, your going to have to restore to a fresh OS, then sync only your contacts/music/messages etc. Do not use the back up.
I realize it is more work, but it is truly the only way to cure your problem. You could spend literally hours upon hours searching and tring to figure out what got corrupted.

When you open Cydia, does it show that the 5.1.1 blobs have been saved? It will be in blue letters.
If so, this thread will show you the way.

I don't see blue letters but green ones stating the SHSH: iOS 5.0.1 etc.
