Can't find icon tweak

It's like gridlock but allows you to place icons ANYWHERE even overlapping etc. I might have just made this up but I swear that when I first jailbroke my iPhone I used a tweak like this... Please help..

I've heard Five Column SpringBoard can do this sometimes. Is that what you're thinking of?

But the only other thing I could think of is Springtomize. But I'm not 100% sure it does this since I haven't been in iOS 4 for sometime now :P

But do either of those two sound familiar?

To go even further, you could use a tweak that allows you to choose how many icons there are per row in combination with gridlock.
