    I'm not sure which one, but I think it's either Folder Enhancer or Springtomize.

    I already have folder enhancer and dosnt have it. I just tried springtomize 2 and dosnt have it either Folder preview help-imageuploadedbymodmyi1340245788.274293.jpg

    It's a tweak that Surenix included in 2 of his theme's, Ayecon and InPulse. Once you purchase and download either of those theme's from Cydia, it installs the tweak.
