    Can someone please help me by uploading their photo album app folders here, I accidentally deleted the entire default photo album viewing app on iFiles and I tried restoring my phone, but nothing worked. PLEASE HELP.

    If you restored and it didn't work...you're probably restoring from a backup, yes? You need to restore and set it up as new. There's no telling even if you got a hold of the file to reapply into your device if it'll work properly. Apple stock apps tend to break after removal and re-adding it typically doesn't fix it.
