Change text colour in Notification Centre drop down (ios 5)

Hi, I'm new here and slightly new to iPhone modding as well, although I've had my iPhone 4 for over a year but have just recently seen the vast and insane power of the device after having access to the file structure (SSH FTW!).

I was trying to give a different look 'n' feel to my phone and have removed the notification centre drop down's background (the gray solid picture) and now have a transparent drop down which I really like. Only problem is the text is white and on some apps or pages the text can be difficult to read. Is there a way I can change the text colour? Would greatly appreciate if someone could point me to the plist or any other file(s) for modifying the notification centre, thanks.

Appreciate any help I can get.

Tried it but it's only been a day and I know it's not long enough but I've been behind this for long enough to want an answer ASAP >_<
So if anyone knows anything or even of it can't be done tell me so I can be freeeee....
