No matter how many times I restore, iTunes WILL NOT let me restore my iPhone from a backup..... I even choose the option on the iPhone: "Restore from backup on iTunes". But when I do connect my newly restored iPhone to iTunes I only have the options of naming my device and whether or not I want to automatically sync various things. There is no option of restoring from any backup.... Is it because iOS 4 backups don't work on iOS 5??? Sigh.....

Now, I have the raw files backups from my previous firmware (4.3.3) They're the AddressBook, Calendar, Notes, Safari and SMS folders. I REALLYYYY need the AddressBook and Notes folders to work on iOS 5 but whenever I put it into their respective places on iOS 5, my iPhone becomes all glitchy and I have to do a brand new restore....

So what I'm asking is this, is there anyway to convert my raw files from iOS 4 so they will work on iOS 5??? Please. Any help would be appreciated :]
