Thumbs down Disable Ringtones/Vibrate during calls on iOS5

I'm tired of my phone ringing/vibrating in my ear from incoming texts!

Does anyone know of a tweak that will disable ALL audible/vibrate alerts while your on a call?

BiteSMS offered the option to select a "PLAY DURING CALL RINGTONE" which is how I disabled them in iOS 4.2. The latest version of biteSMS doesn't offer this option.

Ideally I'd like to not use biteSMS since it crashes too frequently.

Does anyone know of a tweak that does something like this for iOS5?

It would be a pain to do every call, but Vibe Silent SBS setting toggle definitely turns off the vibrate when the phone is set to vibrate. I use it when I'm in important meetings.

From my research this is not a new problem. I've found posts as far back as 2010 with people complaining about getting a blast of vibration while they're on calls. Honestly I don't want my girlfriend to know hear when my other girlfriend is texting me!
Lack of planning by apple is astounding but even more-so is that the Dev community still can't figure something out. :-(

I use RingerX VIP to disable the tones. It is a paid app though but worth it to me for it's other functions.
