Default "iOS 5 ready" themes not really ready..
Many of the themes that I have downloaded (Even the ones that say they are iOS5 ready) change my lockscreen and sounds, and other things; some parts of the theme are working. However, the ICONS on my springboard aren't changing which are such a huge part of the themes!

Is this a problem that developers are still working on, or am I missing something?
    Thanks,
    JaiZo

Do you have the semitether tweak installed?

If so, that's your problem! An update was released...

In addition to the semitether, some themes might, for example, use the older iOS 4 file names, or might not be updated for Retina display devices. The easiest way to check for this is to open iFile to the folder of a slider theme in /Library/Themes, then tap Bundles and com.apple.TelephonyUI. If there's no bottombarknobgray~iphone.png (or ~iphone@2x), it's not iOS 5 compatible.

    Thanks for the assistance, guys.

I did have SemiTether installed at one point, but then I installed mod edit for iOS 5 and mod edit , which uninstalled SemiTether but the icons still won't change.
I can't find the path to any "slider theme". What is the full path from
    /var?

Please read the forum rules no warez or piracy discussion on the forums thank you.

To restore the icon artwork, install fswipecache from cydia and run it, after the respring you should be fine..

The path for the slider is..

    var/stash/themes/"yourtheme"/Bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI
