Lock Screen Wallpaper - iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.3

Hello, I am going to be selling my iPhone 4 with 4.3.3 so I need to clear off my phone. I accidentally deleted the original image that I have set for my lock screen wallpaper in the Photos area on my iPhone. Where do I navigate to in order to copy the jpg file that its currently using to display my wallpaper? It's of my kids and I don't have another copy of this image

There is no 127.png file listed in /var/private/stash/wallpaper/iphone/
There is no LockBackground.jpg listed in /private/var/mobile/Library/Springboard/ Only LockBackgroundThumbnail.cpbitmap

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i think you might have back up of it on itunes because itunes automatically backs up every time you connect your phone
