Default Iphone -> uploading music to iPod without iTunes

Hi. So, question. A while back the iTunes on my Mac stopped recognizing my iPhone 4 (4.0.1), and so I lost the ability to upload music from the iTunes on my computer to the iPod app on my iPhone.

I tried fixing the problem, but short of an iPhone restore, I didn't find a solution. I don't wanna restore it cause I have lot of stuff pegged for 4.0.1 that suits me just good. So, I downloaded Goodreader, and now I can upload music to Goodreader over Wifi.

But I'd like to somehow be able to play the music in my native iPod app. Is there a way to make that transfer?

Download and purchase iFile. The app is a file system browser. As of a somewhat recent update, it allows you to add music to your iPod application. Check it out. If you need more info let me know.

Thanks... I do have iFile, but where do
I proceed from here? How do I transfer the songs into the native iPod app (I.e. how do I navigate to that specific folder?)
