09-30-2011, 07:23 AM #1Do any one know what to do with the encrypted data of iphone4?
I followed the thread HOW TO: iPhone Data Recovery by Imarr28 and did a half to the point where the images are saved.
I tried disk0 but doesn't work so I tried rdisk0s2s1 and rdisk0s2 which gave me about 30G a .img file of my 32G itouch I didn't try to mount them in ubuntu after failed in windows, phtorec read it directly and recovered a lot of big .gpg files and each of them is 3Gb+ Someone told me that was because the data was encrypted.
Is there relly no way that I can recover my data?
I mean there are many companies here charging hundrads dallars as much recovering data from iphones which I cannot afford as a student, so there must be some way to do it.
Is there any professors who can help me?
Thanks at advance
