Yeah for some reason the kitchen and bathroom are really important to me lol.

Instead of paying a lot of money for a condo with decked out kitchen/bathroom(s), I plan to buy a much cheaper one and do the upgrades suitable to my taste. That will get me my money back and then some when I decide to sell and move in 5-7 years right?
