    Default rebuild/reset Cydia installed app list
    Hoping some knowledgeable soul can help me out.

    Earlier today I was experimenting with installing a deb package manually and mistakenly installed the iphone version of the app on my ipad. I manually deleted the application folder and library files using iFile but every time I load Cydia, it still shows under the "Installed" section. I can't uninstall it from Cydia because it detects the conflict between the iphone version and my ipad.

    Is there a way that I can clear the entry from the Cydia installed list?
