    Default Terminal Issue
    When i run the apt-get update command in terminal, i get this message back.

    E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/apt/lists/lock -
    open (13: Permission denied)
    E: Unable to lock the list directory

    I also cant update Cydia. When i try and refresh the "Changes" section of Cydia i receive the " Error: POSIX: Operation tim..." and the loading disk just rotates and roooootates and then it just starts over again.
